Do you operate a virtual office?
Yes. Ericka’s Elevation Tax Service operates a virtual office. Clients complete intake and provide documents through our Cognito form, and connect with our team by phone or email.
Can I inquire about software without joining the team?
Yes. Choose “Request software pricing” and tell us about your business. We’ll discuss software options separately from the team partner tiers.
What does the team onboarding fee include?
One-on-one and group mentorship, live coaching, a self-paced training portal, marketing training, startup marketing flyers, and support during and after the tax season.
How do the 60/40, 70/30, and 80/20 splits work?
The first number is your percentage and the second is Ericka’s Elevation’s percentage. For example, a 70/30 split allocates 70% to the preparer and 30% to Ericka’s Elevation. Review your partner agreement for the amounts the split applies to and all applicable terms.
Can I set my own client prices?
Yes. Team preparers choose their client preparation prices, and we provide guidance to help you decide what works for your business.
I’m new to tax preparation. Can I join?
Our onboarding form accepts both first-year and experienced preparers. Ask us about training and credential requirements before enrolling if you need help choosing your next step.
Where do I register and pay?
Team registration and payment take place on our Cognito onboarding form. This website does not collect your card details, Social Security number, or identity documents.
